"Flower Child" é um b-side que nasceu das gravações do All That You Can't Leave Behind, em 2000, mas foi lançada somente quatro anos depois, no compilado The Complete U2, em 2004. The Edge comentou que há b-sides que ainda estão esperando para serem reescritas e, talvez, possam ser inseridas em materiais inéditos, como é o caso de "Flowers Child".
